In the exchange of fire, two Khawarij were reportedly killed. One was identified as kharji Manzoor alias Manzoori, reportedly the son of Izzat Khan and a resident of Abdul Khel. He was reportedly considered a close associate of Ts kharji commander Junaid.

According to claims circulating after the incident, material allegedly involving the sexual abuse of minors was recovered from his mobile phone. The allegations further claim that Ts Kharji commanders exploit and abuse children under the guise of jihad and record such abuse.
