55-year-old Dr. Noor-ul-Amin was reportedly abducted by armed terrorists on September 15, shortly before a shooting incident linked to a dispute between banned groups over alleged kidnapping for ransom and extortion. According to sources, he was later subjected to physical and mental abuse and was recovered injured this morning. He reportedly suffered a fractured leg and remains under medical treatment in an unstable condition.
