Sisi: “I will not remain in power after 2030.”
Egypt based Mada Masr reported this today.
There are 2 possible motives:
1- It is a political maneuver to defuse public anger, following multiple signs of mounting public outrage similar to the period leading up to 2011.
2- Washington and its military junta in Egypt may have decided to sacrifice the head of the regime out of fear of losing the entire regime.
