Palestinian journalist Ammar Khalil Qudaih has remained in intensive care at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis for 6 consecutive weeks, awaiting permission to travel outside the Gaza Strip for medical treatment.

His health has deteriorated, with serious complications following surgery to stabilize 2 vertebrae in his back, amid a shortage of necessary medical resources.

His family and colleagues are calling for urgent intervention to save his life and allow him to travel for treatment and return to his children.
