In February 2023, Yemeni woman Umrah pilgrim Marwa Abdulrabah Hussein al-Sabri entered the Grand Mosque in Mecca.
A Saudi female inspector stopped her and asked: “Are you Yemeni?”
She replied: “Yes.”
The Saudi inspector mocked her, saying: “You Yemenis are no good!!”
Marwa responded: “You Saudis destroyed our country.”
Marwa Abdulrabah Hussein al-Sabri was arrested, and a Saudi judge sentenced her to 1 year in prison.
