- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Expertise in Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Proven track record of improving leads, CPA/CPL, ROAS
- Experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn
- Practical use of AI tools for optimization and automation
- Hands-on landing page and CRO experience for paid traffic
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- English proficiency at B2+ level
