🌟 Что делает эту роль особенной?
Прямое подчинение CTO и реальный мандат менять процесс. Есть перспектива роста в Engineering Manager, когда команда будет разбиваться на группы.

🌟 Мы ищем человека, который:
— 3-5+ лет вёл инженерные команды (Dev + QA) в продуктовой компании с регулярными релизами
— строил или капитально перестраивал процесс поставки с измеримым результатом
— умеет говорить «нет» заказчикам с аргументом, не просто впихивает задачи в спринт
— каждый день использует AI-инструменты в работе
— мыслит метриками потока (cycle time, WIP, cumulative flow)
