- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst
- Financial services background (banking, payments, fintech)
- Confident SQL skills for data investigation and validation
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code)
- Understanding of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, databases
- Ability to read database schemas, API contracts, JSON/proto
- Strong architectural visualization and documentation skills
- Experience leading integrations with external partners
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
