- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- Excellent SQL skills with relational databases
- Experience with Google BigQuery
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing
- Understanding of causal inference / uplift modeling
