Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in software or product development.
• Proven ability to lead complex discovery and requirements processes from initial need to implementation-ready specification.
•
• Experience resolving difficult stakeholder, customer, and cross-team disagreements.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, system dependencies, and the impact of requirements on engineering.
• Good written and spoken English.
