- 3+ years of experience in Data/Product/Growth Analytics
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and large datasets
- Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance
- Experience analyzing product funnels and user journeys
- Familiarity with marketing performance data and user tracking
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Amplitude
