What you'll do:
📊 Lead and grow a team of data analysts
📈 Drive risk strategy through data-backed decisions
🔬 Own the full analytics cycle — reporting, A/B testing, ad-hoc analysis
💡 Pilot new tools to boost collections performance

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in data analytics, 1+ year leading a team
- Background in fintech, big tech, or fast-scaling data-driven companies
- Strong SQL & Python; Tableau or similar
- Solid A/B testing experience
- B2+ English
