- Strong SQL skills
- Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing
- Experience with AI agents is a plus
- Proactive, initiative-driven mindset
- Experience with Tableau or similar
- Git experience is a nice-to-have
- Required languages: English, Russian
