- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau)
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
- Experience with large-scale datasets
- Ability to work with attribution data (Meta, Google Ads)
- Strong analytical thinking and A/B testing analysis skills
