Acclaim is a voice-first AI customer experience (CX) platform purpose-built for regulated industries including banking, fintech, healthcare, and insurance.

Требования к кандидату:
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or conversational AI
- Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs
- Designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots
- Experience with prompt testing / QA and AI Observability tools
- Background in UX Design or UX Research (strong plus)
- AI Voice experience (nice to have)
- Background in business process analysis
