- 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst
- Strong web analytics expertise, funnels, attribution, tracking
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads data
- Strong understanding of LTV, cohorts, retention, CAC metrics
- Experience setting up web tracking from scratch
- Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, query optimization
- Proficient in Python: pandas, NumPy, analysis scripts
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
