U.S. JET FUEL PRICES NEAR $5 A GALLON AMID WAR DISRUPTIONS

Jet fuel prices have surged to $4.95 per gallon in New York and $4.91 in Los Angeles, reaching their highest levels since March and April, respectively.

Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries and disrupted Middle East shipments are tightening global fuel supplies.

Meanwhile, U.S. diesel inventories are at record seasonal lows, adding pressure to jet fuel markets and airline operating costs.
