IRAN OFFERS NUCLEAR INSPECTOR ACCESS FOR SANCTIONS RELIEF

Iran has privately signaled it could restore nuclear inspectors’ access to bombed facilities in exchange for sanctions relief, Bloomberg reports.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi raised the proposal during UN meetings with European and Middle Eastern diplomats.

The potential concession comes as U.S.-Iran talks remain stalled and Tehran faces mounting economic pressure from sanctions and the U.S. naval blockade.
