TRUMP SET TO UNVEIL $200 BILLION SOUTH KOREAN INVESTMENT
President Trump is expected to announce $200 billion in South Korean investment in U.S. energy projects, including eight nuclear power plants, a Texas power facility and Alaska LNG.
The package represents the first tranche of Seoul’s $350 billion U.S. investment commitment under last year’s trade deal.
The announcement is scheduled for 3:30 PM ET from the Oval Office.
