SECURITY ALERT: Third-Party Wallet Vulnerabilities
We've received verified reports of asset losses linked to certain third-party wallets. Here's what you need to do right now.
⚠️ THE SITUATION
Some third-party wallet implementations have security weaknesses that increase theft risk. Users have reported abnormal asset losses.
We're not naming specific wallets yet (responsible disclosure), but if you're using a wallet whose security you're unsure about, migrate now.
✅ WHAT TO DO IMMEDIATELY
1. Check Your Wallet
Are you using a third-party wallet?
Do you trust its security record?
If unsure: migrate to an actively maintained, trusted wallet client NOW.
2. AVOID These Features
❌ DO NOT use any "cross-chain transfer" module claiming to be official VoidChain brand
❌ DO NOT interact with unreleased features or test interfaces
❌ DO NOT transfer assets into anything not listed on voidchain.net
Cross-chain wallet functionality is NOT officially released yet.
3. Protect Your Seed Phrase
✓ Store offline ONLY
✓ Never screenshot
✓ Never upload to cloud
✓ Never enter into any website
✓ Never share with anyone, period
4. If Your Wallet is Compromised
If you:
Entered your seed into an untrusted dApp
Clicked a phishing link and logged in
Used a device you suspect is infected
IMMEDIATE ACTION:
Create a new wallet on a clean device
Migrate your assets immediately
Don't wait for an "official migration announcement"
(Scammers use fake migration alerts to steal credentials)
