تلگرام داره روی یک نوع WEB Proxy جدید کار می‌کنه که ترافیک معمول MTProxy رو از طریق یک WebView داخلی و روی HTTPS یا WebSocket منتقل می‌کنه. در سمت سرور هم این ارتباط‌ها دوباره از هم جدا میشن و هرکدوم به یک MTProxy معمولی وصل میشن.
