hear me out: if you are just starting with 5 followers and 0 reach, agencies aren't your focus yet.
your profile IS your portfolio in this space. trying to monetize before you have anything to show makes no sense.
first you build, then you monetize
so what do you actually work on? three things: content quality, engagement, audience quality

70% of your posts should be about one specific topic. the other 30% can be trends, personal thoughts, situational QRTs.
but that core 70% needs to be well-written, structured posts in your niche. every single day. consistency matters more than you think.
🩵🩵engagement comes from showing up.
when you are small, nobody finds you organically. you have to manually attract attention
that means writing replies to other accounts, finding or creating lists with interesting for you people, raising visibility.
people will notice your replies, check your profile, see your content. this is how you build reach from zero
🩵🩵audience score is something 90% of people ignore.
agencies don't just look at follower count. they use analytics platforms to check WHO follows you. how many verified accounts?
how many accounts with good scores themselves? if someone has 1M followers but terrible scores, it's obvious those are bots. quality over quantity
now here's the problem: agencies ask for your "best tweet" but what if you don't have a banger with hundreds of thousands of views?
Leon Abboud (known web3 marketer) gave advice i agree with: do at least one serious piece of work per week.
this could be a quality video, a deep research thread, an article analyzing something specific. one substantial piece that shows you can create valuable content
having one great article with 5k views beats having nothing with zero views.
