I'm currently working on an experimental P2P update.

The original goal was to create a true peer-to-peer messenger on TON, with direct device-to-device communication. The core pieces are now coming together.

Current P2P development status
1. It's still not user-friendly yet, both peers need to coordinate manually to establish the initial connection.
2. The important part already works: once the connection is established, messages travel directly between devices without passing through a relay.
3. The relay now can be used for peer discovery and exchanging public IP addresses and ports during the connection setup.

There's still work to do before this is ready for release, but the progress is encouraging.
