Bill Maher’s audience bursts out laughing as he torches woke colleges for being so obsessed with diversity that they’ve reinvented “segregated housing.”

MAHER: “In 2023, when the Supreme Court ruled that colleges can’t use race-based admissions anymore, the counter-argument from universities was, ‘How can you? Diversity is the most important thing we do here.’ Okay, then why all the SEGREGATED housing on campuses?”

And it’s not just housing.

A National Association of Scholars survey of 173 colleges found 72% hold separate graduation ceremonies by race. The number of schools with no segregated programs at all? ONE.

MAHER: “Harvard said, quote, ‘Diversity and difference are essential to academic excellence.’ Right, diversity and difference are essential. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be joining a house with 40 people who look EXACTLY like me.”

Diversity is essential. Living with it, apparently, is optional.
