Average bench press:
- Men: 212 lbs
- Women: 112 lbs (53%)
Average squat:
- Men: 289 lbs
- Women: 167 lbs (58%)
Average deadlift:
- Men: 340 lbs
- Women: 200 lbs (59%)

This is why men who rank in the 500s in men's swimming become instant champions when they switch to the women's category.

Denying this isn't kindness. It's unfair to every woman forced to compete against it.
