TON is now GRAM!

The ecosystem has officially rebranded from TON to GRAM, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. For collectors, nothing changes right now, it is simply a new name as the ecosystem continues to grow and evolve.

🔧 Platform Updates

The Refresh Collection button is now added again and can be found in two locations:

• Its original location
• Your user profile

Both buttons perform the same function. For now, both will remain available while some users continue using the original location. The button will be removed from the crafting page at a later date.

We have also introduced automatic collection syncing. All accounts will now sync with the bot every 24 hours, including users who buy or sell items on the secondary market. This update has already been deployed to our development server and is expected to go live tomorrow.

We've also recently seen reports of duplicate packs appearing in profiles. Good news: your stickers are safe and this is NOT a blockchain issue. What you're seeing is simply a temporary display issue for some collectors, and a fix is already on the way. For now, your packs can be viewed correctly on the drop page!

Genesis VeVenaut Update #2 Following on from our earlier post yesterday, here's a full status update on each point. 👇

✅ Failed Transaction Fix Found We've identified the fix. We're rolling out new logic that will automatically move all off-chain collectibles on-chain for you (if not already done by you) there is no action required on your end, and we're covering the fee.

We're already seeing 200+ packs on-chain, being opened, traded, and collected. More on the way!

⏳ Secondary Market Packs Purchased an unopened pack on the secondary market? An update is needed before you can open it.

We're on it, no action needed from you. Please bear with us — 48–72 hours and you'll be good to go.

We’re still actively working on the failed transaction issue affecting some users on the TON blockchain.

The team continues to investigate and implement fixes. We appreciate your patience while we work through this.

Important:

If you purchase an unopened pack on the secondary market, you’ll need to wait for an upcoming app update before opening it.

We’ll be adding a button that allows the app to load the pack data correctly, enabling the opening process for secondary market purchases.

We’re also aware of a small number of duplicate pack entries appearing within the app.

This is a display issue only, and we’ve announced it as we continue working on a fix. Thank you to everyone who reported it.

We’ve also identified an issue where some sticker sets added to Telegram may not display the correct pack information.

This is already being updated and corrected as part of our ongoing improvements.

We’re also refining various in-app messages and flows, including marketplace and secondary-market links.

As mentioned previously, we’re still working on profile integration updates.

At the moment, packs can only be accessed and opened via the Genesis VeVenaut drop page (“Show My Packs”).

Profile views may not yet reflect the latest status or support opening actions, so please use the drop page for all pack interactions for now.
