RUMUS REFFUND
harga beli x sisa durasi ÷ total durasi premium x service fee = total refund

• contoh
17,000 x 20 ÷ 30 x 0.7 = 7,933

ketentuan service fee
• 0.7 = pemakaian kurang dari 1 minggu
• 0.6 = belum pernah claim garansi/kena bf massal
• 0.5 = sudah pernah claim garansi 1-2x
