ii. submitting the format means your order is officially secured. please double-check every detail beforehand, as cancellations without a valid reason cannot be accepted. exceptions may be made should unexpected circumstances occur.
iii. payment is required prior to the process. we currently accept DANA, GOPAY &. QRIS (all e-wallets). kindly attach a clear payment receipt after completing the transfer.
iv. orders are completed within 1–3 days according to the queue, unless a rush service is selected. please avoid spamming and keep all communication kind (&.) respectful.
v. minor revisions are available according to the selected service. major changes or changes outside the initial brief may be subject to additional fees.
vi. once the order has entered the working process, changes to the concept, references, or format may not be accepted.
vii. refunds are only available if the order cannot be completed due to the store's responsibility. completed orders are non-refundable.
viii. clients are expected to provide clear references and complete information to avoid misunderstandings during the process.
ix. any rude behavior, harassment, pressure, or disrespectful conduct toward admins may result in the order being declined without further notice.
x. all works by @VELINOTE are original creations. plagiarism, reselling, claiming ownership, or unauthorized redistribution will incur a penalty fee of IDR 500,000.
xi. by placing an order, clients are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
