We made a decision to delist $ALPACA today, and all users were settled at the index price at the time of settlement.

For a brief moment after $ALPACA was delisted on Binance/Bybit but still trading on Omni, the oracle price was stale due to the provider feeds being halted. We are implementing changes to the oracle to avoid similar situations in the future, and will provide more information on these changes once they are live.

**We have identified all 6 users who were adversely impacted by the stale oracle price, and will be issuing refunds.** Our analysis showed that the total losses incurred by this issue did not exceed $10k.

**Product**

* Improved CEX token pricing
* Released referrals starting with a few users, with plans to roll out more widely over the next few weeks
* Added more monitoring to quoting and listing/delisting history
* Implemented a variety of small UX improvements
* Improved pricing for volatile CEX tokens

**Community**
* On April 10th, we whitelisted all users who signed up for our Discord waitlist. From now until the launch of our Public Mainnet, referral codes will be the only way to access Omni.
- This week we began testing referrals with a small group of early Omni users. Check out the new <#1362491164921434424> channel if you’re looking for a code! We expect to release referrals for all users within the coming weeks – keep an eye out.
* We hosted a [Twitter Space yesterday](<https://x.com/i/spaces/1DXxyqZlweExM>) to discuss what we accomplished in Q1 and what’s on the roadmap for Q2. Give it a listen! At the community’s request, we’ll also begin sharing transcripts of these Twitter Spaces starting with the next one.
* We published [an article](<https://mirror.xyz/variational-io.eth/hd2SAqUbnNiAp4sIcFTR7vPV07WqnCnjYWcI9LkmFnQ>) discussing how RFQ trading operates, and what benefits Omni users get from it. * Token2049 Dubai is starting in just over a week! If you’re in town, ping us – we’d love to meet up.

* Total tokens currently listed: 789 (Note: This recent market downturn [particularly for memecoins] led to a decent number of tokens failing ongoing checks and being delisted. The number of listings on Omni will fluctuate as market liquidity expands and contracts.)

* Total OLP PnL: $40,094 (Note: OLP PnL declined over the past two weeks. Variability in OLP PnL during these early stages is expected when we test new approaches and continue to refine quoting and external hedging strategies. Performance will stabilize as these systems are improved.)

Today, we started testing out referrals on the Omni Mainnet Private Beta. A small group of early users have been given a few referral codes to invite their friends and ensure that the referral program is functioning properly.

We plan to test referrals with a slowly-expanding group of users before making the referral program widely accessible to everyone in the coming weeks.

We’ve also created a new channel here in Discord for users to share referral codes. If you’re hunting for a referral code to get into the private beta, this channel is the best place to start: <#1362491164921434424>

As of today, all users who signed up for the Omni waitlist here in the Variational Discord have been granted access to the Omni Private Beta. Whitelisted users can access mainnet [here](https://omni.variational.io) by signing in using the same wallet they put on the waitlist.

We have now removed the waitlist from Discord. Going forward, new users can gain access to the Private Beta by getting a referral code (coming soon)!

Keep an eye on this announcements channel, and be ready for referrals to go live!

* The most recent Mainnet release was [v0.093](https://discord.com/channels/1196857788220067943/1338537927365492818/1357555501231112294), which added USDC sizing input, a spread percent (vs mark price) displayed with every quote, improvements to OLP external hedging architecture, final preparations for referrals, and more.

It’s time for our third-ever biweekly update!

**Product**
* The most recent Mainnet release was [v0.092](<https://discord.com/channels/1196857788220067943/1338537927365492818/1352423632370139240>) which included a complete rework of the token selector modal, tab names updated to be the price of currently selected pair, and preparations for implementing referral codes.
* Our development priorities are being heavily influenced by community feedback and suggestions. Make your voice heard in the <#1338598360688365720> and <#1342214005669756929> channels!
* A major docs rework is in progress and will be released soon. This rework will include tons of new information on Omni and OLP, along with some diagrams!

**Community**
* The next conference we will be attending is Token2049 Dubai at the end of April. If you will be attending and want to meet up, get in touch with us!
* We’ve been consistent with our new weekly Twitter Spaces, hosting two new ones since the last biweekly update. We’re announcing a way to get guaranteed access to the Omni Mainnet Private Beta: make a post on Twitter/X about Variational, submit it in <#1346938614365290566>, and get guaranteed inclusion in the next batch of invites.

**Timeline:**
Users who make and submit their posts between now (Today, Thursday March 13th) and Monday March 17th at 18:00 UTC will be included in the next batch of whitelists.

**What Do I Post?**
We’re keeping this pretty open-ended. You can post anything about Variational (and tag us!), we just ask that you avoid spammy/low-effort posts. We’re not asking for long threads or professional research, but we will be manually verifying whether posts are unique and high-effort enough to earn Beta access.

*Some ideas*: You could post about markets you want to trade, why you’re trying to get beta access, when you first found out about Variational, or make a fun meme. There are lots of things to post about other than making a long, well-researched thread (which we always encourage as well)!

Examples of posts that are *low effort*: “good project @variational_io,” “to the moon @variational_io,” “check out @variational_io”

**Where Do I Submit My Post Once I Make It?**
All posts can be submitted to the form in <#1346938614365290566>. Each user can *only submit this form once*, so be sure all information is accurate before clicking “Submit”!

**Will People Still Be Invited Off The Waitlist?**
Yes. We’re just using this as a way to help people who are engaged in the Variational community get into the Private Beta and start testing ASAP. We will still be conducting batches of invites from the waitlist just like before.

* The most recent Mainnet release was [v0.083](https://discord.com/channels/1196857788220067943/1338537927365492818/1347351707381665832), which added 50x leverage on majors and 20x leverage on many alts, more timeframes on charts, quoting updates to tighten spreads on a variety of tokens, support for different languages, and more! * Multiple in-house CEX price feeds have been set up to replace unstable external feeds.
* We’re continuing to receive valuable user feedback, and have tightened/formalized the process of receiving feedback to prioritizing it out for devs to implement.
* Many more product improvements are in the works, including USDC sizing input, PnL tracking, adjustable leverage, and more. Keep an eye on <#1338537927365492818> and <#1338537612998086706>!
* Audit with Spearbit has been completed, details/reports coming soon!

**Community**
* 2 members of the team (Lucas and Max [me 😄]) went to ETH Denver to meet up with partners, investors, and data providers.
