UPDATE: This issue should be resolved.

- We identified that the source of the problem was with one of our data providers, and have implemented a hotfix.
- We're in conversations with the data provider to learn more about what happened and how we can prevent this in the future.
- We're also looking into ways we can improve our own system to prevent an issue like this from affecting as much of the platform as it did in the future.
