We delisted the following markets: TOKENFI, FHE, DMC, SWELL, OSMO, SKATE, FRAG, BDXN, SCA, FIS, MAJOR, TANSSI

Explanation: when external exchanges delist, this affects the construction of the index (oracle) price, which is an aggregate of external price sources. When the index price drops below a quality threshold, we delist the markets as well to avoid disruption. All open positions are settled at the settlement price.
