* Completely reworked the order entry form
* Added configurable leverage by position
* Can easily preview estimated slippage and set max slippage
* Bid and ask quotes are now displayed simultaneously at the top of the order entry form
* Close position modal now displays the estimated PnL you are about to realize
* Funding rate windows have been modified (see [docs](<https://docs.variational.io/variational-protocol/key-concepts/funding-rates#calculation-window>) for updates).
