PulsePoint sits at the intersection of healthcare and adtech. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Team of 300+ and growing, post-acquisition business and one of the leading players in the US healthcare ad market.

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, who will help us:
- Optimize and validate targeting mechanisms for specific health conditions.
- Improve and optimize our proprietary contextualization and recommendation engines that handle millions of transactions per second, trillions each month.
- Improve and optimize our buying platform to ensure cost efficiency and to deliver ad campaigns within budget, target, and time constraints.
- Collaborate with internal Health experts to design and support rapid assessment, analysis, and prototyping of ideas for achievable commercialization.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science/Statistical Research.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, classical ML, pandas or similar tool, and at least basic knowledge in neural networks.
- Adtech or similar experience is highly desirable: bids, auctions, convertion rates, etc.
