Role Overview:
You’re a systems thinker who understands how bits translate into bandwidth, and how vendor relationships can impact customer experience. You’re not afraid to dive deep into hardware specs or rewrite a cluster layout if that’s what it takes. You enjoy mentoring others, driving architectural change, and speaking both “DevOps” and “vendor.”


What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years in DevOps
* Background in cloud providers
* Proven track record in Kubernetes environments, including KubeVirt and advanced networking tools (KubeOVN, Cilium)
* Strong background in cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure design (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Expert-level understanding of computer networking and Kubernetes-based network solutions
* Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
* Ability to make architecture-level decisions and defend them with technical rationale
* Experience with observability and security tools in cloud environments
* English level C1/ Russian fluent


What You’ll Tackle First:
* Redesign our Kubernetes network layout with public/private subnet segregation, bandwidth controls, and internet gateway support
* Lead the transition to a more scalable cluster architecture
* Build strong relationships with hardware providers and become the internal go-to person for hardware insights
