On September 22, Sigma Software invites tech community to the online TechBuzz Meetup: Working in a Global Company.

The speakers will take participants behind the scenes of international work from operating under international policies and collaborating across distributed teams, to making decisions on a large scale and meeting the standards of major global clients.

🎤 Maria Cecilia Bezerra, Head of Office in Brazil, will share how to adapt to different work cultures, communicate clearly, handle feedback, take ownership, and build trust in a global team.

🎤 Miraziz Khidoyatov, Senior Software Developer, and Sanjar Abdullaev, Junior Software Developer, will share their personal experiences of working and growing in a global company at different stages of their careers.

The meetup will end with a live Q&A, so participants are welcome to bring their questions!
