Weltlink is looking for a Senior Backend developer

Weltlink is an ambitious development team. We create landings, corporate sites, mobile applications, UI / UX design.

Salary: from 1500$ depending on experience

Requirements:
• Senior level experience (4+ years) building modern backend systems.
• At least 3 years of that experience using Python.
• Experience with web frameworks like Django.
• Experience publishing and consuming APIs.
• SQL Database skills.
• Confident verbal and written English.
• Nice to have: cloud services (GCP, AWS), Kubernetes, Docker

Responsibilities:
• Help to build stable, scalable products fast;
• Build modular code that multiple developers can work on multiple parts of the product independently from each other;
• Agree and build optimal APIs with backend developers;
• Understand and build realtime applications when required;
• Write unit/integration tests;
• Automate manual jobs using CI/CD;
• Lead the team of backend developers by providing them a direction.

Recommended:
• Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, TDD
• Experience with git version control systems
• Knowledge and experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with task and project tracking programs (Jira, Trello)
• Knowledge and experience with Microservices

Technology stack:
• Python (Django, DRF) for backend development
• Docker for containerization
• RabbitMQ for messaging
• PostgreSQL for database
• Digital Ocean for cloud hosting
