Job Description:
We are seeking a Middle/Senior Python Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs. This role involves designing robust backend systems, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django and Flask.
- Integrate third-party services including AWS (Boto3), Redis, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
- Ensure high code quality through best practices and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers and product managers.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Python web development.
- Fework Expertise: Strong experience with Django (>=5.1.1) and Flask (>=3.0.3).
- API Development: Proficiency in RESTful API development using Django REST Framework.
- Database Management: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS services like S3, EC2, and SNS.
- Testing & CI/CD: Experience with pytest, model-bakery, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Code Quality: Familiarity with Black, Ruff, and isort for code formatting and linting.
- Version Control: Strong Git skills.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Celery, PaycomUz, and New Relic.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
