Unity School didirikan pada tanggal 18 July 2026, sebagai sekolah berasrama khusus yang menerima siswa-siswa terpilih dari berbagai latar belakang. Sekolah ini dibangun dengan keyakinan bahwa pendidikan konvensional tidak cukup untuk membentuk karakter seseorang. Karena itu, para pendirinya menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang berbeda, yaitu melalui tantangan, pengalaman nyata, tekanan psikologis, dan berbagai ujian kehidupan. Para guru yang disebut Master bertugas bukan hanya mengajar, tetapi juga mengamati, menguji, dan membentuk karakter setiap siswa. Seluruh aktivitas di sekolah dirancang untuk melihat bagaimana siswa berpikir, memimpin, bekerja sama, menghadapi kegagalan, dan mengambil keputusan dalam situasi sulit.
