Jean Charles De Menezes was hunted down by the Met Police and had 14 bullets drilled into his head while he was on the ground.

Why?

He was an electrician who worked on the London Underground before 7/7.

Supposedly he had seen 'suspicious things' and was ready to talk.

The only option was to kill him publicly as a warning to others about speaking out.
