The profile shows a bald, bearded man in leather gear describing himself as a 'hung nurse' and 'bear cub' who enjoys politics, football, and beer, but excludes Reform voters and anti-trans bigots. O'Neill, who chairs Rochdale's Audit and Governance Committee and serves on panels for health, schools, and care, said on Facebook the images were shared invasively after people made fake accounts to check.
