NHS Staff neglect saw a man murdered while under their care.

Rosemary Chukwuji-Ohanachum and Raji Olagunju, were in the staff room with the door shut. Nursing assistant Anthony Onuh was asleep for two hours in the therapy room

Hugo Flint-Cahan, 34, (left pic) was killed in the early hours of the 3rd of January 2023 on Topaz ward at Newham Mental Health Centre, run by East London NHS Foundation Trust.

Rolando Torres-Pena (right pic), later admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility and received a hospital order.
