A man has been sentenced to at least 27 years in prison for stabbing a a 55-year old man to death in a park in Camden, north London.

Mark Carroll died after a completely unprovoked attack by Rasheed Rahman, 21, in St Martin's Gardens on 10 April May 2024.

Rahman previously denied murder, but was found guilty following a trial at Wood Green Crown Court. He as also convicted of carrying a knife, threatening with an offensive weapon and robbery.
