Andrew and Tristan Tate have been referred to Counter Terrorism Police after they visited Russia and took part in military training in what Conservative MP Alicia Kearns says could be a breach of British foreign influence laws.

Footage shows Tate being given the opportunity to use a grenade launcher and operating what is described as a flamethrower.

Arrested in Miami in July 2026, they are currently held in federal custody fighting extradition to the United Kingdom to face 59 criminal charges, including rape and human trafficking, alongside ongoing legal cases in Romania.
