Trump makes a quick pitch to reporters for ending the twice-a-year clock change, arguing it's expensive, creates problems and could even have an impact on crime.
"When you have light, you have much less crime," Trump says.
He then points to the overwhelming House vote and puts pressure on Sen. Tom Cotton: "He shouldn't be holding it."

The owner of the anti-Trump brewery that once once offered free beer when President Trump dies says the company's Madison, Wisconsin, taproom will likely close by the end of the year.
The announcement comes after the Wisconsin Department of Revenue revoked the company's brewing permits for its Minocqua and Madison locations, alleging it transported beer from Illinois without the required permits and tax payments.
The brewery disputes the state's allegations and says officials are targeting the company because of its political views.

The U.S. Supreme Court will soon hear oral arguments in a case involving an 82-year-old Alaska man's fight over a six-pack of beer and the government's seizure of his $95,000 airplane.
His legal team argues the case is rooted in protections dating back to the Magna Carta and could have broad implications for the Constitution's ban on excessive fines and civil asset forfeiture.

This Amazon driver is taking no chances with the "guard chickens."
Security video from a South Carolina home shows the driver freezing as two chickens march up the porch and let out a crow.
With a bird closing in, the driver grabs the package and leaps over the porch railing to make his escape.
The homeowner says her chickens are harmless, but this delivery driver clearly isn't sticking around to find out.
