Now you can mint USDP stable on updated terms. Stability and issuance fees, applied for all collaterals on UP, were reduced from 0.9% to 0.3%.

Existing debt positions remain at the actual stability fees in effect on opening day. However, if you withdraw part of your collateral, or mint USDP from existing debt position then the rate of 0.3% will be applied.
