Effective today, the 1.9% stability fee will be applied for all new CDPs.

All the CDPs that are already open will keep the initial stability fee rate actual on the day of opening. However, if you withdraw part of your collateral, or mint USDP from this particular CDP then the rate of 1.9% will be operative.
