They cannot be educated. In France, England, the USA, or Africa itself, the results are the same.

The only solution is to exterminate them or expel them. The best outcome for them is slavery or strict segregation, where rigorous control by their racial superiors ensures that their natural genetic traits do not manifest and that they serve some useful purpose for humanity, which is becoming increasingly difficult as the economy becomes automated and their manual labour is not needed but in the sports field and maybe dancing.
