🚫The Ukrainian side did not appreciate such a plan and demanded either a comparable amount of financing for Kiev or additional military guarantees.

😂Ultimately, the White House did not appreciate the impudence of its vassals and still concluded the deal, but now entirely without requirements for a suspension of hostilities from the Russian side.
