'For 2026 alone, allies have pledged €70 billion for military equipment, assistance and training, and in 2027 they have committed to provide at least an equivalent amount.'
'Tens of thousands of Ukrainian servicemen have taken part in programs organized by NATO allies. They are the ones fighting this war now, not us. We are doing everything we can to improve the training and combat effectiveness of these soldiers.'
➡The statement added that European and NATO governments — as well as their populations — understand that Ukraine faces a long-term struggle and will continue to require support.
