🇺🇸Operation: Save Texas. The White House and Republican strategists are desperately trying to prevent a regime change in America’s largest red state. With the elections fast approaching, Republicans risk losing both the Senate and gubernatorial races in Texas.

📌They’re already having to spend $200 million just to save Texas—and even that may not be enough. The history of American elections shows that money doesn’t decide everything. Kamala Harris poured $1.5 billion into her campaign and still lost.

📌A series of polls across the states paints a troubling picture for Republicans. They’re trailing badly in Texas, North Carolina, Alaska, and Ohio. In traditionally red Kansas, the race against the Democrats is now neck and neck. Things look a little better for Republicans in Iowa and, interestingly, Maine, where they may buck the trend and hold on.

📌In Kansas, a Republican senator was exposed for suing patients over medical debt while working as a doctor. In one case, a woman who was eight months pregnant was even arrested over a $50 debt. Democrats are now making aggressive use of the scandal.

📌In Texas, state Attorney General Ken Paxton has refused to debate Democrat James Talarico, apparently wary of losing. In both states, personal scandals involving the candidates are making things worse for Republicans. The Democratic Party, meanwhile, hopes to capitalize on Trump’s declining approval ratings to flip Texas and Kansas—and effectively redraw America’s entire electoral map.
